The Poltyone New Energy team consists of professionals with over 8 years of experience in battery cell development. A remarkable 95% of them hold PhD or master’s degrees, all hailing from top domestic firms. Their expertise spans material, electrolyte, solid – state battery tech, sodium – ion battery R&D, process design, mechanics, simulation, safety, and digital analysis.
Guided by professionalism and market-understanding, experienced team members manage the national project M3. They’ve led the development of Apple products, BMW and Mercedes – Benz battery cells, along with the R&D and mass production of new – energy semi – solid battery products. Their offerings cover prismatic, blade, soft – pack, and cylindrical formats. Currently, they’re developing 10 specialized products with high energy density, low – temp performance, fast – charging capabilities, and good thermal, fast – charging, and safety features.
The team has mastered atomic – level growth in phosphate liquid – phase synthesis. By in – situ doping nano – scale (20 – 150nm) lithium – iron (or manganese) phosphate cathode materials, they achieve good processing and low – temp rate characteristics. Their developed ultra – low – temp and high – rate electrolyte additive TAD01 and electrolyte formulation tech can synthesize nanocrystalline and uniform solid – electrolyte materials, boasting an electrical conductivity of 10⁻²S/cm and excellent processing properties.
With stable OEM partnerships with leading enterprises, the team’s manufacturing capacity is stable and reliable. The Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Dalian, and other institutions have shared or licensed technologies for high – energy lithium – sulfur batteries, solid – state sample tech, and new battery technologies. The team has a unique grasp of chemical – system matching, electrode design, and manufacturing limits, especially in power – spec design.
